2022 ESVONC Congress guidelines

24/01/2022: Just a quick reminder that the deadline for scientific abstract submission for the ESVONC Congress 2022 in Syracuse is Jan 31st. The date is rapidly approaching, so please don't miss your opportunity to share your valuable research work with peers and colleagues. We do not plan to extend the submission deadline this year.

29/01/2022: IMPORTANT CHANGE: the EC has removed the age limit for the Resident award!

We shall accept submissions in the following categories:

  1. clinical oncology,
  2. basic science,
  3. radiation oncology and imaging,
  4. surgical oncology,
  5. pathology.

Abstracts will be considered for both oral and poster presentation and we hope for a stimulating and diverse program.

A panel of reviewers will evaluate and score your abstract and you will be informed if you have been successful in your submission.

An abstract is a concise piece of scientific writing and we feel that it is important for us to provide some guidelines on its format. It is therefore strongly recommended that you read the guidelines and instructions that we have available on our website: https://www.esvonc.com/Congress/abstract-submission.

Our reviewers, many experienced presenters, have also made the following helpful suggestions:

Good luck and we look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful island of Sicily in May 2022.
