Flexible Oncology Locum Position (January-March 2026) at The Ralph Veterinary Referral Centre, UK

We are seeking a Board-certified Oncologist, a second- or third-year resident, or an Advanced Practitioner-level clinician to locum with us in January-March 2026.

The Ralph is the UK's largest independent (non-corporate, non-university) multidisciplinary specialist referral centre. Located in the picturesque southeast of England, we've grown rapidly since our inception in February 2019, from 65 to about 250 team members - affectionately known as Ralphers.

Our Diplomate-led clinical services include Internal Medicine, Soft Tissue Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging and Anaesthesia & Analgesia, among others. Our hospital also has a 24-7-365 Emergency and Critical Care service. This allows us to provide specialist care to acute and critical patients at any time.

We are looking for locum cover between 19th January - 20th February and 2nd - 13th March. Ideally, you would work in a block of four days per week (Tuesdays-Fridays) and participate in our remote* weekend on-call rota. However, we can be fl exible.

(*On-call weekends are remote only. Our Emergency and Critical Care service manages new referrals and existing Oncology patients out of hours with remote Oncologist support.)

Our hospital is just off the A404 with easy access from the M4 and M40 motorways and close to London. Marlow is conveniently located only 25 minutes from Heathrow Airport, 45 minutes from Luton Airport and one hour from Gatwick or Stansted Airport.
